Signing up for a Tgroup account is easy and free! You can sign up with your email:
1. From the Tgroup homepage, click the 'Log in / Sign Up' button
2. Enter in your email address and chosen password, then click the 'Sign Up' button
3. Activate your account and verify your email by clicking on the URL in the email. Enjoy searching for your next adventure!
I forgot my password! How can I reset it
Don't worry, if you've forgotten your password, just click the 'I forgot my password' button on the login page. Enter in the email associated with your Tgroup account and you will receive an email with a temporary password in order to reset your account password
You may log in with your temporary password, go to 'Account Settings' to change your account password.
Can I change the email associated with my Tgroup account
Unfortunately, you cannot edit the email for your Tgroup account. However, if you wish to receive your voucher at a different email address, please let us know your preferred email address by clicking on the 'Contact us' button on the order page.
How can I edit my Tgroup profile?
After logging into your Tgroup account, click on 'Account Settings' to modify any desired information. Once your changes are complete, save your edits by clicking on the 'Update' button at the bottom on the page.
How can I delete my account
If you would like to delete your Tgroup account, please provide your account details (i.e. email address) to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will disable your account for you..
Why didn’t receive a confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. Occasionally, messages from Tgroup may be sent to your spam folder by accident. To solve this issue, please add email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com to your address book.
How do I Check my messages or reply to messages
For messages regarding your order, log into your Tgroup account and click on your profile at the top right corner. Click on 'Messages' in the drop-down menu. If you have any order inquiries, please leave them here.
How can I explore different services or products to find exactly what I want
You can search through our tours and products by entering keywords (like your preferred destination or activity) in the search bar. You'll also find category filters on the left side of the page (like 'Activities' and 'Experiences') while you browse through products for your preferred destination.

Can I adjust the language settings for my account?
Using Google Chrome as your browser, you will see language and currency setting options on the right-hand side of the website. Use the drop-down menu to choose your preferred language and currency settings. If using the app, click on the 'My account' button to change your currency and language settings.
