- The price applies to 3-seater car, for more seaters car, please select in the option to get the most preferential price

- The price is for one-way transfer. Please input the pick-up/drop-off place (with address for hotel) when booking. Please make 1 more booking if you need round-trip transfer

- If total number of passenger is below 1 (the minium requirement for this trip), you will be informed 1 days prior to departure

- Actual duration of transfer depends on the traffic situation and weather conditions

- Please note in the "NOTE" section if you plan to bring large-sized luggages

- Airport transfer should be done max in 45 mins. Surcharge of US$3.00/hr will be applied for exceeding time limit. After receiving your booking, we will check and inform if this charge is applied

- Car seats for children are not provided

SURCHARGE:

- Pick-up/drop-off service at hotels out of 3km from Da Lat market.

+ 3-Seater Car: US$ 0.6/km

+ 5-Seater Car: US$ 0.9/km

+ 12-Seater Car: US$ 1.1/km

- Night transfer from 22:00 to 05:00: 50.000VND/car

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS OF TOUR

- Cancel from 6 days before departure: No cancellation fee.

- Cancel from 5 days before departure: Tour cancellation fee is 70% of total tour price.

- Cancel from 4 days before departure: Tour cancellation fee is 100% of total tour price.

- Tour cancellation time is canculated for business day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holiday.

- Tour cancellation must be notified directly to TGROUP or by email and must be verified by TGROUP. We do not accept phone cancellation.

► NOTE: Due to timezone diffrences, the confirmed cacellation date is determined based on the supplier's local time. Please allow 2-5 business days to process and confirm your cancellation request. Once the cancellatin is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
