- From 10 to 12 days prior to arrival: Charge 30% of the reserved room(s) of the 1st night.

- From 06 to 09 days prior to arrival: Charge 50% of the reserved room(s) of the 1st night.

- Within 05 days prior to arrival or no coming: 100% of total room charge for entire stay.
