- Please specify the hotel address in the Note when booking the Phu Quoc airport shuttle service.
- Please write down your flight code when booking.
- The service only provides one way transfer, if you want round trip transfer, please place another order.
- The service only includes transfer / pick-up to the hotel in Duong Dong Town center, for hotels located in other areas, there will be an additional surcharge, please refer to options.
- Travel time is adjusted depending on traffic and weather conditions.
- For late flights (23:00 ~ 05:00) there will be an additional charge.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- You will receive an e ticket (T-pass) within 2 working days after registering the service
- Please store your e-ticket (T-pass) in your mobile phone or print it out and redeem it at the ticket counter at the entrance to proceed and join the activity
- Voucher is valid for selected date only

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under 100cm: Free
- Children from 100cm to under 140cm: Child ticket
- Children over 140cm: Adult ticket

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation of service 30 days before departure: Free of charge
- Cancellation of services in advance within 21-30 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 10% of total service value
- Cancellation of services in advance within 11-20 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 30% of total service value
- Cancellation of service in advance within 06-10 days before departure: Cancellation fee is 50% of total service value
- Cancellation of service in advance within 5 days prior to departure or not present on the date of service use: Cancellation fee is 100% of total service value.
- Cancellation of service is not counted on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays / New Year
- Tgroup does not accept to cancel service by phone, cancellation forms must be sent in writing and confirmed by Tgroup via email
