JESI Fruit & Cafe is a fresh-fruit and dessert café on Ngo Duc Ke street in central Nha Trang. Its juices use whatever Vietnamese fruit is in season, and the desserts run to shaved-ice style plates. It opens at 8am and runs through to 10pm.
