INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

- You will receive an e ticket (T-pass) within 2 working days after registering the service
- Please store your e-ticket (T-pass) in your mobile phone or print it out and redeem it at the ticket counter at the entrance to proceed and join the activity
- Voucher is valid for selected date only

CHILDREN POLICY

- Children under 4 years old: Free
- Children 5-9 years old: Child ticket
- Children over 10 years old: Adult ticket
- Cable car ticket is based on height
• Free entry for children below 100 cm
• Child ticket for 100 - 140 cm
• Adult ticket for above 140 cm
• If your children are above 140 cm but below 9 years old, please pay the adult & ticket price gap to tour guide on your travel date for ticket upgrade

CANCELLATION POLICY

- For cancellations made at least 10 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
For cancellations made 0 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Cancellation of service is not counted on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays / New Year
- Tgroup does not accept to cancel service by phone, cancellation forms must be sent in writing and confirmed by Tgroup via email
