INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- You will receive an e ticket (T-pass) within 2 working days after registering the service
- Please store your e-ticket (T-pass) in your mobile phone or print it out and redeem it at the ticket counter at the entrance to proceed and join the activity
- Voucher is valid for selected date only
CHILDREN POLICY
- Children under 100cm: Free (Two adults may bring 1 child below 100 cm for free of charge, the second child will be charged 50% of the adult ticket)
- Children 100cm - 120cm: Child ticket
- Children 121cm - 140cm: Teenager ticket
- Children over 140cm: Adult ticket
CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellations made at least 10 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 0% will apply
For cancellations made 0 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply
- Cancellation of service is not counted on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays / New Year
- Tgroup does not accept to cancel service by phone, cancellation forms must be sent in writing and confirmed by Tgroup via email
