HOW TO USE

- You will receive an e ticket (T-pass) within 2 working days after registering the service
- Please keep your e-ticket (T-pass) in your mobile phone or print it out and redeem it at the ticket counter at the entrance to proceed and join the activity

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation of service 10 days before departure: No cancellation fee
- Cancellation of service 6-9 days prior to departure date: Cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of the booked service will be applied
- Cancellation of service within 5 days from departure date: Cancellation fee of 100% of the total value of the service booked
