NOTE
- elderly ticket applies to visitors aged 60 and over. For elderly ticket, please present the original ID card or passport with the voucher to the staff at the ticketing counter
- Visitors can participate in activities such as giraffe feeding at Giraffes Restaurant and elephant feeding at Elephant House from 9: 00-16: 00
- For visitors wishing to join the VIP Zoo Tour, please ask at any of the ticketing counters here. The tour can accommodate up to 7 guests per group and will start from 9:00 to 15:00
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- You will receive an e ticket (T-pass) within 2 working days after registering the service
- Please store your e-ticket (T-pass) in your mobile phone or print it out and redeem it at the ticket counter at the entrance to proceed and join the activity
- Voucher is valid for selected date only

- Children under 100cm: Free
- Children from 100cm to under 140cm: Child ticket
- Children over 140cm: Adult ticket
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No change or refund
