Booking Notes

For some courses, the final rate is confirmed 30 days before play; otherwise an indicative rate applies.
Some courses do not offer advance tee holds — TGROUP will advise the best available slot.

In the rare cases below, shared in advance for your peace of mind:

If a major event or tournament requires cancelling or rescheduling a tee time, TGROUP arranges an alternative time/date or a full refund.
If a course is maintaining a few holes, play may be routed to alternate holes to complete the full round.

Nestled within the expansive Laguna Lăng Cô integrated resort is the esteemed Laguna Golf Lăng Cô, an 18-hole, par-71 championship course meticulously crafted by the legendary Sir Nick Faldo. This acclaimed course, recognized with prestigious awards, promises a golfing experience tailored for both seasoned players and novices. With just under 7,100 yards from the championship tees and a beginner-friendly 5,263 yards from the front tees, the course offers a diverse range of challenges for players of all skill levels. Sir Nick Faldo, a 6-time Major winner, lends his wealth of playing experience to the design of the Laguna Lăng Cô golf course, marking his second masterpiece in Vietnam. The Lang Co layout follows a traditional out-and-back routing, unveiling a multitude of varied shot opportunities. Balancing strategy with enjoyment, the Laguna Golf Lăng Cô ensures that golfers depart with a distinctive sense of connection to the rustic hinterland destination.

GUIDELINES FOR GOLF BOOKING

Guidelines for golf booking

1. Reception Inquiries
Select your desired golf course, package, date, and number of players to instantly check the cost (quotation). Request additional options such as shuttle services for golf course transportation, equipment rental, accommodation preferences, and more.

2. Provisional Quotation
Upon receiving the customer's reservation request, we confirm golf course availability within 30 minutes during business hours. If availability is confirmed, we generate and send a provisional quotation. Kindly review the quote and relay any necessary modifications or additional requests. Once the revised quote is approved by the customer, we proceed with the actual reservation for the golf course and other amenities.
* The provisional quote is for reference only and not a confirmed quote. Prices may change, and tee times may be subject to change during the reservation process. In the event of changes after the reservation is made, we will reconfirm availability and inform you accordingly.

3. Validated Quotation
After you have made changes to the requested details, we will resend the confirmed quotation and schedule. Once you have reviewed and confirmed, we will proceed with the reservation for the golf course, together with the payment deadline and payment details. If payment is delayed, other customers may take the allocated time, so it is advisable to complete the payment as quickly as possible.

4. Payment Processing
When we receive confirmation of the reservation from the golf course, the payment policy will be presented. TGROUP accepts payments via bank transfer or credit cards. The voucher/confirmation will be sent via email — present it at the golf course to receive service instructions.

5. Using Service
If you have completed the round and are satisfied, we would appreciate your feedback. We will use your feedback to enhance our services and strive for an even better experience.

GOLF BOOKING POLICY

For golf courses with restrictions on advance bookings, TGROUP offers a temporary reservation service, ensuring the confirmed price remains unchanged.

In case the golf course schedules a tournament or special event that conflicts with your reserved tee time, TGROUP will reschedule your tee time, play date, or provide a full refund of all payments made.

Please note

The cancellation period is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Cancellations must be communicated directly to TGROUP or via email and must be confirmed by TGROUP. We do not accept service cancellations over the phone.
