Description

Symphony of the Sea is a water-sports spectacle on the bay in front of Sunset Town: jet skis, flyboards and parasails weave through lasers, lights and close to a thousand fireworks, produced by Sun Group with Australian pyrotechnic and laser partners. Unlike Kiss of the Sea, which has a theatre grandstand, you watch this one from Kiss Bridge, the Mui Tau (bow-shaped) stand or the beach itself.

Need to know

  • Show time: one performance per evening, about 19:45 – 20:10 · seasonal (usually November to April) (new-season dates announced by Sun World)
  • Price: Standard about VND 600,000 – 660,000 · Dinner Show about VND 970,000 – 1,000,000 · children under 1 m free
  • Location: Sunset Town bay, Kiss Bridge area, An Thoi – about 25 – 30 km from Duong Dong (35 – 45 minutes by car)
  • Suggested time: 20 – 25 minutes for the show; pair it with the 18:00 sunset and Kiss of the Sea at 21:00 for a full evening
  • Good for: families, groups, fans of extreme sports; lots of fireworks, so loud for small children

TGROUP insider tips

Each viewing spot gives a different experience: Kiss Bridge is closest to the water and best for photos but standing only; the Mui Tau stand has fixed seats and a panoramic view, good for families with older members; the beach is low and easily blocked by people standing in front. Kiss Bridge is usually cleared at about 18:45 and reopened at 19:00 – 19:15 for ticket holders, so be there 20 – 30 minutes early. Firework smoke can drift towards the audience depending on the wind – bring a scarf for small children. Because the show is seasonal, TGROUP always re-confirms the opening date with Sun World before fixing flight dates.

Combine in one day

On the same day you can also visit Kiss of the Sea show (same Sunset Town, 21:00) or Hon Thom cable car – Sun World (station right next door). Need a full-day plan? TGROUP advises free of charge.
