Q&A

How is TGROUP research different from a typical market research firm?

We work only in tourism, and in both roles at once: academically trained researchers (in Korea) and active operators of Korea–Vietnam international travel. Our data comes from the field, not only from the desk.

How long does a research project take?

It depends on scope and method. After a scoping discussion, TGROUP confirms the timeline and deliverables before starting.

How is the cost calculated?

Based on the agreed scope and method, with a transparent itemized quotation. The first scoping discussion is free of charge.
