Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags can be accommodated. Please indicate any pets or large items at checkout.
Additional information
- For International Flight Departure Service, the local operator will pick you up at your selected location at least 2 hours (s) before your flight departure time
- For Domestic Flight Departure Service, the local operator will pick you up at your selected location at least 1 hour(s) before your flight departure time
- Your selected pick-up date & time should be at least 3 hours (s) before the flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
- If you do not see your driver or delays, contact the operator using the number on your voucher
- The driver will be waiting at the exit gate closest to the designated luggage belt of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it
- Be at your hotel lobby 5 minutes before your selected pick-up time
- Please enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes. If you do not show up, the driver will leave and no refunds will be issued
- Additional Waiting Time: VND 50,000 per hour

- Child seats are not available
- Persons with disabilities will be supported by the driver
- The operator will contact you to provide pick-up and driver's details 1 day before the participation time
- Please note: Any change or cancellation due to unexpected circumstances must be informed to the operator at least 4 hours before pick-up time

- Please indicate your preferred transfer direction at the checkout page
- Hotel pick-up: Your preferred pick-up time should be at least 3 hours before the flight departs due to traffic
- For late flights (21:00 ~ 06:00) there will be an additional charge
- The service only includes transfer/pick-up to the central hotel of Da Lat City, for hotels in Tuyen Lam Lake there will be an additional surcharge, please contact Tgroup directly to book a car
- The voucher is only valid on the specified date and time
