★ Golf Booking Policy
For golf courses with restrictions on advance bookings, TGROUP offers a temporary reservation service, ensuring the confirmed price remains unchanged.
In case the golf course schedules a tournament or special event that conflicts with your reserved tee time, TGROUP will reschedule your tee time, play date, or provide a full refund of all payments made.
★ Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation 30 days in advance: Full refund.
2. Cancellation 20 days in advance (21-30 days): 10% fee.
3. Cancellation 10 days in advance (11-20 days): 30% fee.
4. Cancellation 5 days in advance (6-10 days): 50% fee.
5. Cancellation within 5 days (day of departure-5 days): 100% fee.
6. The cancellation period is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
7. Cancellations must be communicated directly to TGROUP or via email and must be confirmed by TGROUP. We do not accept service cancellations over the phone.
