► BOOKING STEPS
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received within 26 ~ 30 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 30% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge.
- Cancellations received within 11 ~ 20 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 30% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge.
- Cancellations received within 21 ~ 25 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 50% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge.
- Cancellations received within 16 ~ 20 days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a 70% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge.
- Cancellations received after, from 15 days to the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% (of the confirmed room nights) cancellation charge.
- For peak periods which are stipulated by the Property from time to time, Cancellations received within 35 days prior to the date of arrival shall be chargeable at 100% of the confirmed room nights.
