※ In normal weather conditions, but the guests decided to stop the game for personal reasons. The golf course will not offer refunds.

Booking Notes

For some courses, the final rate is confirmed 30 days before play; otherwise an indicative rate applies.
Some courses do not offer advance tee holds — TGROUP will advise the best available slot.

In the rare cases below, shared in advance for your peace of mind:

If a major event or tournament requires cancelling or rescheduling a tee time, TGROUP arranges an alternative time/date or a full refund.
If a course is maintaining a few holes, play may be routed to alternate holes to complete the full round.

ABOUT THE COURSE

Van Tri Golf Club is the first exclusively private golf estate in Vietnam. The Van Tri Golf Club is conveniently located four kilometers from the Hanoi – Noi Bai Highway and situated in a secure gated community. The club house amenities inclusde a main dining room serving the highest standard of International cuisine and the accompanying high standard of service that is expected of a private members’ Golf Club. This exclusive, private golf club will be restricted to only 400 members. The Golf course measures 6.700 yards from the medal tees, but streches to over 7,200 yards from the “Tiger Tees” and provides golfers of all skill levels the opportunity to enjoy a round of golf with family, friends and business associates.

GUIDELINES FOR GOLF BOOKING

Booking Request & Inquiry
Select your desired course/package, date and number of players to see the price (quotation) instantly. You may also request options such as pick-up/drop-off transfers, equipment rental and accommodation.

Provisional Quotation
As soon as we receive your request, we confirm availability with the course within about 30 minutes (business hours) and send a provisional quotation. Let us know any changes via KakaoTalk. (*The provisional quotation is for reference only and is not final; prices and tee-time availability may change during booking.)

Confirmed Quotation & Booking
We send the confirmed quotation and itinerary, then proceed with the course booking. The payment deadline and details are provided. Late payment may forfeit the allocated tee time, so early payment is recommended.

Payment
After the course confirms, pay according to the payment policy. TGROUP accepts bank transfer (Vietnam/Korea accounts) or card payment.

Voucher & Use of Service
The voucher/confirmation is sent via KakaoTalk/email. Present it at the golf course or hotel reception.

Satisfaction Feedback
After your round, we would appreciate your feedback, which we use to keep improving our service.

Policy

GOLF BOOKING POLICY

For golf courses with restrictions on advance bookings, TGROUP offers a temporary reservation service, ensuring the confirmed price remains unchanged.

In case the golf course schedules a tournament or special event that conflicts with your reserved tee time, TGROUP will reschedule your tee time, play date, or provide a full refund of all payments made.

Please note

The cancellation period is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Cancellations must be communicated directly to TGROUP or via email and must be confirmed by TGROUP. We do not accept service cancellations over the phone.
