Procedures to Keep in Mind

Arrive early: Be at the course at least 30 minutes before tee time and check in 15 minutes before to avoid delays.

Before you tee off: If rain begins before play and you choose not to start, refunds are rarely offered.

During play: If heavy rain or lightning occurs mid-round, you must wait for official approval before receiving a rain check.

BEFORE THE ROUND BEGINS
Unless the golf course decides to close, you must arrive at the golf course on time to check the situation before the round begins. As Vietnam experiences sporadic rainfall, and it is rare for rounds to be canceled due to rain, if you choose not to go to the golf course based on personal judgment, a refund will not be possible.

DURING THE ROUND
1. Cancellation due to rain requires approval from the golf course management for a refund. Decisions on whether to proceed or cancel should follow the guidance provided by the golf course management.
2. In the event of rain cancellation approval from the golf course, kindly contact TGROUP, and we will proceed with the refund after receiving the refund invoice from the golf course.

How Do Rain Checks Work?

Golf courses in Vietnam often follow international practices:

Less than 4 holes played: A full 18-hole rain check is usually issued.

5–9 holes played: A prorated rain check may apply, covering the remaining holes.

More than half the round completed: Some clubs may only issue a 9-hole rain check, or none at all.
