01How far ahead should a Vietnam golf tee time be booked?
Short answer. As early as your dates are fixed. Vietnamese courses release tee sheets on a short window, so if your travel date is more than a month away TGROUP registers the request as a waiting reservation and confirms as soon as the sheet opens.
This matters most between October and March, when Korean and Japanese groups fill morning slots at the Da Nang, Nha Trang and Da Lat courses. Booking early does not only secure the slot: once your reservation is confirmed, TGROUP holds the price you booked at even if the course raises its rate afterwards.

03Can a tee time be held before payment?
Short answer. At some courses yes, at others no. Where an advance hold is not possible, TGROUP does not promise one — we advise the best slot actually available and confirm it once payment clears.
Two practical points follow from this. First, a quotation issued before the course confirms is indicative: both the price and the exact slot can still move. Second, a delayed payment is the most common reason a group loses its preferred morning slot, because the course releases unpaid holds back to the sheet.
We would rather tell you this in advance than discover it on arrival. It is also why our confirmations always carry a payment deadline rather than an open-ended hold.

05Is a multi-round package easier to schedule than single tee times?

06What happens if the course moves or cancels my tee time?
Short answer. If a tournament or major event forces a change, TGROUP arranges an alternative time or date at no charge, or refunds the booking in full if you prefer.
A second, less dramatic case is course maintenance: when a few holes are being worked on, play may be routed to alternate holes so that the full round is still completed. We flag both situations before you pay rather than after, because a group travelling from abroad has no room to absorb surprises on the day.
Cancellations initiated by you follow a published schedule that starts at a full refund 30 days or more before departure and rises in steps as the date approaches. The exact step applying to your booking is written into the confirmation you receive.
07How does a booking run from first enquiry to the first tee?
Short answer. Six steps: request, indicative quotation within about 30 minutes in business hours, confirmed quotation, payment, voucher, round.
