Where exactly is Mui Ne, and how many golf courses are there?

Mui Ne is a beach strip next to Phan Thiet on Vietnam's south-central coast. Our site lists it under Phan Thiet – Binh Thuan; following Vietnam's provincial merger of 1 July 2025 the area now falls within Lam Dong province, so you may see both names in older documents.

There are two 18-hole courses. That is the number to plan around: a two-night trip gives you one round on each, which is exactly how the published package is built. If you want three or more rounds, you would repeat a course or combine Mui Ne with another region.

Groups of fewer than four may be joined with other players under course rules. There is no extra charge if a join does not happen, and five-player groups are not permitted.

How rates are confirmed before you play

Two booking notes on our course pages matter more in Mui Ne than most people expect, because both courses sit inside resort developments that host events.

First, for some courses the final rate is confirmed 30 days before play; before that point an indicative rate applies. Second, some courses do not offer advance tee holds — in that case TGROUP advises the best available slot rather than promising a time that cannot be secured.

If something changes at the course
▸ If a major event or tournament requires cancelling or rescheduling a tee time, TGROUP arranges an alternative time or date, or a full refund.
▸ If a course is maintaining a few holes, play may be routed to alternate holes so you still complete the full round.

Cancellation and rain - read this before you pay

The cancellation scale published on our course pages is the same across Vietnam:

The cancellation period is calculated on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Cancellations must be communicated directly to TGROUP or by email and confirmed by TGROUP — cancellations are not accepted over the phone.

On weather: in normal conditions, if players decide to stop the game for personal reasons, no refund applies. Vietnamese rain is usually short and heavy rather than all-day, so rounds are rarely cancelled outright by the course.
