Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam The symbol of long lasting education of Viet Nam

Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam is a famous historical and cultural relic containing the quintessence and cultural values of the nation, as the pride of many generations of Vietnamese people.

Over nearly 1,000 years of history, the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam has not only been a place where thousands of talented people were educated and trained for the country but also a place to preserve and pass on many fine traditions of the nation such as: studious, pious, deferential for teacher and respectful for moral, respectful for talents.... With those values, in May 2012, Quoc Tu Giam Temple was recognized by the Prime Minister as a Special National Relic, and annually attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists coming to visit and learn.

Currently, the architectural complex of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam includes works: Van lake, Giam garden and the inner area of Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam (Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam known as the first university in Vietnam).
