Vietnam Golf Green Fee: What Is Included and What Is Not

Enquiry - the composition of the quoted rate

Each rate TGROUP provides is a complete playing rate for one golfer and one round of 18 holes, comprising:

• Green fee
• Caddie fee
• Shared cart fee (2 players per cart)

▸ Please note: a single-rider cart, where offered by the course, is charged separately. Groups requiring one cart per player are advised to state this at enquiry stage so that the quotation can be prepared accordingly.

Rate confirmation - approximately 30 days before play

For certain courses, the final rate is confirmed 30 days before the date of play; prior to that point, an indicative rate applies. This condition is set by the golf courses, which publish seasonal and event pricing on their own schedule.

For bookings made well in advance, TGROUP recommends budgeting from the indicative rate and allowing for minor adjustment. Written confirmation is provided once the final rate is fixed.

Confirmation - tee times and advance holds

Some courses do not offer advance tee-time holds. In such cases, TGROUP advises the best available slot rather than committing to a time the course has not guaranteed. For private groups, early coordination of tee times is recommended, particularly in the dry season.

✓ Should a major event or tournament require a tee time to be cancelled or rescheduled, TGROUP arranges an alternative time or date, or a full refund.

Arrival - check-in and course closing days

Golfers are requested to present their booking confirmation and photo identification at check-in. Course maintenance calendars should be taken into account when planning an itinerary: certain clubs close on fixed weekdays - Ba Na Hills Golf Club, for example, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

▸ Rental clubs, shoes, lockers and pro shop services are available at most clubs and are billed on the day, separately from the green fee.

During play - caddie, cart and gratuities

The caddie fee is included in the published rate. Gratuities are separate: TGROUP advises approximately US$15 per caddie per 18 holes as customary guidance. This is not a charge imposed by the course and remains at the discretion of the golfer.

The standard rate provides carts shared by two players. Course-specific regulations on buggy paths and forecaddies are advised by the caddie on the day.

Refund and weather policy

Under normal weather conditions, courses do not provide refunds where a player discontinues the round for personal reasons. Genuine weather stoppages are handled under the policy of each course, and TGROUP manages any such claim on behalf of the client. Where a course is maintaining individual holes, play may be routed to alternate holes so that the full round is completed.

Step 1. Provide group size, dates and preferred region - Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Phu Quoc.

Step 2. TGROUP responds with available tee times and an all-inclusive total. Services are arranged for private and small groups exclusively.

Step 3. Upon confirmation, the booking voucher, transfer details and driver contact information are issued.
