Vietnam Golf Club Rental: Rates by Course, Availability and How to Reserve

This guide sets out how Vietnam golf club rental works in practice: which of the courses TGROUP books actually offer rental sets, what they cost, and where renting is not an option so that clubs must be brought in. All figures were read from the product pages on en.tgroup.vn on 18 August 2026 and are quoted per player. Rates are revised by the courses periodically and are confirmed at the time of booking.

Scope of this document. TGROUP is a tour operator, not a retailer of golf equipment. The rental sets referenced below are the courses' own house sets, offered through the booking form as an optional service. Brand, shaft flex, loft and left-handed availability are decided by each course and are not published in advance. Where a course does not list rental as an optional service, this document records that fact rather than estimating a price.

The table below is the core of this guide. It places the rental charge next to the green fee and the two other add-ons travellers most often overlook, so that the true per-round cost is visible before booking.

Reading the table: three points that change the decision

✓ Rental is a narrow band, transfers are not
Rental sits between 38.65 and 42.51 across the courses that offer it — a difference of under four dollars. Transfers range from 32.21 to 92.32 for the same 7-seater service. Travellers who optimise the rental line and ignore the transfer line are optimising the smaller number.

✓ Availability is not universal
Two of the seven courses reviewed do not carry rental as a bookable optional service. On a multi-course itinerary this matters: a set may be available on day one and unavailable on day two. TGROUP confirms rental for each round individually before the itinerary is issued.

✓ Rental does not include balls, shoes or gloves
The rental line covers the club set. Balls, shoes and gloves are purchased at the pro shop at each course's own retail prices, which TGROUP does not publish because they are not part of the booking.

Club rental is an optional line and is not included in package rates. International flights are not included. TGROUP operates private itineraries only and does not combine unrelated parties into a shared group.

How to reserve rental clubs

1. State the requirement
Send the number of players requiring a set, hand orientation, and approximate height or preferred shaft flex.

2. Confirmation per round
TGROUP confirms availability with each course individually and states the rental charge for each round on the quotation.

3. Settlement
Rental may be added to the pre-paid booking or settled at the course, depending on the course's policy. This is stated on the voucher before departure.

Q. Can left-handed sets be guaranteed?
A. No. Left-handed sets are held in limited numbers and cannot be guaranteed in advance. TGROUP will request them at the time of booking and will confirm in writing whether the course has accepted the request.

Q. Is the rental charge per round or per day?
A. The rate shown on each course page applies to the round booked. Where an itinerary includes two rounds at the same course on separate days, the charge applies to each round.

Q. Are shoes included in Vietnam golf club rental?
A. No. The charge covers the club set. Shoes, gloves and balls are purchased separately at the pro shop.

Q. Why do two courses show no rental option?
A. Not every course offers rental through the advance booking system. This document records the position as published on 18 August 2026; where a set is required at such a course, TGROUP will raise the request directly with the course before the itinerary is confirmed.
