Description

Incheon International Airport sits about 52 km west of central Seoul – roughly 60 to 90 minutes by road depending on traffic. With many flights landing late at night or early in the morning, a car waiting at arrivals is the simplest way to reach your hotel, particularly when travelling with elderly parents, small children or a lot of luggage.

Vehicles by party size

KIA Carnival / Hyundai Staria	2 – 4 passengers with suitcases. The usual choice for families.
Large van – Solati, 16 seats	5 – 12 passengers with luggage, for larger groups and delegations.

The number of suitcases affects the vehicle choice more than the number of passengers – please tell us both when booking.
Child seats can be arranged on advance notice.

How the pick-up works

We track the actual landing time, not the scheduled time on your ticket, so a delayed flight still finds a car waiting.
Our greeter waits at the arrivals hall of the correct terminal holding a name board and helps with luggage to the vehicle.
The complimentary waiting period after landing is stated in your quotation; waiting fees apply only beyond it.
A messaging group is set up so you can reach us the moment you clear customs.

Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?

Incheon has two terminals some distance apart. Terminal 1 serves most carriers, including Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, Asiana Airlines and Jeju Air. Terminal 2 serves Korean Air and its SkyTeam partners such as Delta, Air France and KLM. A free shuttle connects the two, but it adds roughly 15 to 20 minutes each way.

Our honest advice

So you can weigh it up: for two travellers with light luggage arriving during the day, the AREX express train reaches Seoul Station in about 45 to 55 minutes for roughly 9,500 won, and the airport limousine bus takes 60 to 80 minutes for about 18,000 won – both far cheaper than a private car. A private transfer earns its cost with three or more passengers, with elderly guests or children, with several suitcases, when your hotel sits far from a station, or when you land after roughly 22:30, once the AREX has stopped running. One more thing: Seoul rush hour can stretch the airport run to nearly two hours, so allow extra time if you have an appointment on arrival.

Policy

Booking, payment and cancellation policy

Rates are quoted per transfer once the flight number, party size, luggage count and pick-up or drop-off address are known.
Vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, airport toll fee and airport parking fee are included. Late-night transfers are subject to a surcharge.
The complimentary waiting period runs from the actual landing time and is stated in the quotation; waiting fees apply only beyond it.
Child seats, additional vehicles or special requests must be advised before the booking is confirmed.
Payment via bank transfer or as mutually agreed; for card payments, TGROUP provides a Onepay link.
Cancellation or change must be made 48 hours (noon local time) in advance. Cancellation less than 48 to 24 hours before is charged 50%; less than 24 hours, 100%.
If your flight is cancelled or moved to another day by the airline, TGROUP reschedules the transfer without a cancellation charge.
